This site offers free and paid CPA exam practice diagnostics from Pass With Jack ("we", "us"). Paid exams are not yet available. The diagnostics are study tools only.
Your results show how you did on a limited set of questions. They do not predict your score on the CPA Exam or guarantee that you will pass. Topics not covered here have not been assessed.
Pass With Jack is an independent CPA exam preparation provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the AICPA or NASBA. AICPA and CPA Exam are trademarks of their respective owners. Questions marked "AICPA-Released Question" were released publicly by the AICPA, remain the property of the AICPA, and are shown with credit. All other questions are written by Pass With Jack.
The questions, answers, explanations, simulations, design, logo, and text on this site belong to Pass With Jack or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use them for your own personal study. You may not copy, scrape, share, resell, publish, or build a product from them, or share the access code or answer keys, without our written permission.
Do not try to break, overload, or get around the limits of this site, and do not use automated tools to collect its content. Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
When paid exams become available, the price, what is included, and the refund terms will be shown before you pay. Those details will be added to these terms at that time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pass With Jack is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, including your results on any exam. If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
